What to eat sweet but healthy
Exploring what I could eat sweet without sugar and carbohydrates, I came across a bunch of recipes and that’s exactly what Youtube helped me with. Man is simply sometimes insufficiently informed, we accept only what is easily available to us, at every step, and that is exactly why we are subject to an unhealthy diet that makes us fat. The rule that a healthy diet is expensive and expensive began to circulate among the people, which is incorrect. Dedicate yourself more to making something that is expensive in the markets, e.g. almond flour. It takes a little time to make it and save a lot of money.
Almond flour recipe:
Pour boiling water over any amount of raw almonds. When the almonds have cooled, peel them and put them in the oven at 50 degrees to dry, taking care not to roast them, but just to dry them. Grind in a blender and here is the almond flour.
Use almond flour to make almost all sweets, from which you will not grow fat or feel guilty because you are sweetened. Maple syrup is my favorite sweetener, maybe someone likes stevia, which is also a cheaper option.
One tablespoon of maple syrup or some other sweetener
One teaspoon of baking powder
Salt soy or almond milk
A little bit of water
Almond flour to get the density of dough like a grandma’s cake or American pancakes
Fry for a few minutes on both sides
Drizzle with maple syrup, red fruit, or a cube of butter
My favorite milk is soy, much cheaper but also delicious.
