Two years on the diet

22 kg  !!!
Today is exactly two years since I have been on a special diet if it can be called a special diet at all. I lost 22 kg !!! Since writing the last blog when I announced about losing 12 kg I have not followed how and when I lost weight but I stuck to what I started and that is, no sugar, carbonated juices, sweets, dough, bread, and that’s it, no other magic cure. What is new is that I was able to introduce healthier foods, such as oatmeal, almond flour, from which I make my treats, mostly with the help of maple syrup and fruit. I’m happy and I’m not hungry, and it really can be that way.
